Study for those born or raised in cults:
Over the years, many of you have voiced concerns regarding sexuality and expressed a desire to talk about this important topic. With that in mind, three of us in the ICSA community are now conducting a research study to explore these issues.
Dr. Doni Whitsett who specializes in working with former cult members and their families, is also a sex educator and therapist.
Ashley Allen, also a therapist, is an SGA who is intimately connected to the SGA community and their concerns.
Dr. Steve Eichel who works with former members and is a certified sex therapist.
We are seeking research participants willing to engage in a one hour interview on this topic. All information will be held in the strictest of confidence and no identifying information will be attached to the interview.
